The location was marvellous and perfect, to more accessible districts! The room was vintage with a terrace for natural ventilation. The nice size bathroom plus a nice balcony overlooking the large trees in the garden. I felt safe. The location of this hotel is wonderful, making it easy to reach different districts. the room was brand-new, beautifully presented & had a very clean bed. the breakfast was great and marvelous with amazing variety.

The place was very clean and the staff was incredibly welcoming. the room was modest but neat, equipped with a mini bar fridge, iron, ironing board, and a work desk. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was the best. Free on-site parking was provided, and there was a gym available for guests. the setting was favorable, being close to Polanco and Chapultepec, with restaurants nearby, including the Archeological museum, and grocery stores.

The room had a vintage vibe and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to many attractions, avoiding the need for taxis. There were plenty of restaurants available at various hours.

Distance to the airport was just 9 miles. The staff were amicable and best in case of questions.

This place is conveniently located just a short stroll away from popular tourist attractions, beautiful gardens, a big shopping center, and plenty of restaurants nearby. 🌿

The rooms are spacious, the fitness room is well equipped, late check out until 2 p.m. was possible at no additional cost.

It would be great to have a coffee machine in the room, breakfast is relatively expensive (but the offer is very extensive).

Well-maintained building and rooms with a garden view. Marvelous and perfect location, a 10-15 minute walk from a green glass tower.

There is simply nothing to complain about: big rooms, great breakfast buffet, restaurants in the hotel, if you don't like to go out in the evening, staff in all areas very friendly and helpful. A hotel that I can recommend at any time and that after 8 days, there was never anything to complain about.

Light in the room a little bit sparse, reading in bed almost not possible and generally in the room a little bit gloomy.

Amazingly nice and very welcoming staff at my service. Modest room with the best bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location. Buffet at the Mexican restaurant. Garden views. Many boutique shops, museums, restaurants, bars, and the Chapultepec forest nearby.

The staff at Camino Real Polanco Mexico is excellent and very attentive. The location is great, with convenient on-site parking. The hotel is within a 15-minute walk from Chapultepec metro station. The breakfast here is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options available.
